Tony was amazing! Even during the quoting stage, I could tell that he was knowledgeable, but that he also has a welcoming/positive energy. He arrived at the house much earlier than our appointed time. He is extremely thorough with his inspection and is mindful to explain his findings with a lot of detail, yet in such a way that a lay person can understand. His kind and patient demeanor made me feel comfortable enough to ask all of the questions I had. Unfortunately, the seller terminated the contract AFTER the inspection was already completed, but I know that when I find another home, I will definitely contact Tony for another inspection. 10 out of 10!
